PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage charge device capable of efficiently charging garbage, and capable of reducing a space of an installation space. SOLUTION: This garbage charge device 1 charges the garbage to a storage tank 5 via a charging part 51 arranged in an upper part or a side surface of the storage tank 5. At least one carrying plate 3 is arranged around the charging part 51 for rotatably arranging a doughnut-shaped rotary body 2 having the opening inside 21 capable of storing the garbage inside in the predetermined direction around a horizontal shaft, and charging the garbage to the charging part 51 by upwardly carrying the garbage stored inside via an charge means 4 arranged in the rotary body 2 by facing a lower part. The carrying plate 3 is arranged so as to become horizontal in a predetermined height upper position more than the center of the rotary body 2, and is constituted so as to charge the garbage to the input part 51 by its inclining operation when reaching the vicinity of a top part by starting to incline so that an inside end part of the carrying plate 3 becomes below by further rotating the rotary body 2 from this position.
