A body fluid collecting device having a chip with a centesis needle and a tip opening at the tip part thereof allowing the centesis needle to pass therethrough. The device comprises a device body having a contact part for fitting a skin thereto, a chip mounting part in which a storage space capable of storing the chip is formed, a pump depressurizing the inside of the storage space, and a movable means capable of moving the tip portion of the chip mounting part along the longitudinal direction of the centesis needle within a specified range when the storage space is depressurized by operating the pump under the conditions that the chip is stored in the storage space, the skin is fitted to the contact part, and the tip opening is sealed.
