<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device for allowing a fuel cell to efficiently generate power without continuous stop of the power generation of the fuel cell by positively and effectively utilizing hot water stored in a hot water storage tank. <P>SOLUTION: The hot water supply device comprises a fuel cell 1, a fuel cell control part 3, a hot water storage tank 4 for storing hot water heated by heat discharge of the fuel cell, a three-way valve 12 on the fuel cell side which switches a route of hot water heated by heat discharge of the fuel cell 1 to the side of a heat exchanger 11, and a three-way valve 15 on the side of a bath water heater which switches the side of return piping 14 of a reheat piping circuit of the bath water heater 8 to the side of the heat exchanger 11. In the case where the hot water in the hot water storage tank 4 has an arbitrary temperature or higher and an arbitrary amount or larger, the fuel cell control part 3 switches the three-way valves 12 for the fuel cell side and the three-way valve 15 on the bath water heater side to the side of the heat exchanger 11, thereby using the hot water heated by heat discharge of the fuel cell for reheating of the bath water heater 8 so as to positively utilizing the hot water in the hot water storage tank 4 to reduce the continuation of stop of power generation by the fuel cell 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
