摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a starch-based food package body comprising using a relatively simple device so as not to result in being heavy price one and need any observation: and to provide the starch-based food package body. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the starch-based food package body comprises the following steps: step 1 comprising heating a part of starch-based material and water-containing material to be used, and gelatinizing the starch-based material: step 2 mixing a part of the water to be used with the gelatinized starch-based material, and cooling down the starch-based material to such an extent of temperature as to cause gelatinization of the material: step 3 comprising mixing the remaining material except for the used material and the gelatinized starch-based material together and stirring them: step 4 comprising putting the material prepared in the step 3 in a container, and sealing the container: and step 5 heating the material prepared in the step 4 and charged in the container to be gelatinized.
