<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deep layer beverage of Fuscoporia oblique having a herb flavor using oceanic deep water and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: Oceanic deep water is mixed with mycelia powder of Fuscoporia oblique, heated to 60-90°C, stored and homogenized to complete a deep water concentrate of Fuscoporia oblique. A container (PET bottle, bottle or metal can) charged with 60-80% of oceanic deep water is packed with 20-40% of the deep water concentrate of Fuscoporia oblique so as to mix the liquids. The obtained beverage is examined (presence of container damage and foreign material mixing). An acceptable product is labeled to complete the product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
