<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced polyethylene tube manufacturable at low cost and enabling the secure protection thereof and a method of burying the reinforced polyethylene tube. <P>SOLUTION: This reinforced polyethylene tube 1 comprises a polyethylene tube 10 laid in a hole 3 and a protective part 20 covering the outer periphery of the polyethylene tube 10. The method of burying the reinforced polyethylene tube 1 comprises the steps of drilling the hole 3 in the ground, laying the polyethylene tube 10 in the hole 3, supplying a cement material from the upper side of the polyethylene tube 10 to form the protective part 20 covering the outer periphery of the polyethylene tube 10, supplying a solidifying agent to the protective part 20 to solidify the cement material, and refilling the upper part of the reinforced polyethylene tube 1 covered by the protective part 20 with sediment dug out in excavation.
