<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental measure proposal service method and environmental measure proposal service program capable of proposing effective measures which enable a user to reduce environmental loads. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 21 in an environment management evolution proposal system 20 acquires from a terminal 10 connected via a network N contents of environmental loads reduction which a customer deals with, acquires from a survey item data storage part 22 points correlated with the contents, and calculates total points every classification. The management computer 21 decides a level every classification on the basis of the total points and evolution level decision data stored in an evolution level data storage part 23.
