PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination management system, a medical examination management method and a medial examination management program for much more efficiently executing statistical analysis based on various information in a medial facility.

SOLUTION: This medical examination management system 1 is provided with an analytic method designating means 6 for designating the analysis object and classification method of the statistical analysis of information in a medial facility and an analysis processing means 7 for executing an analytic processing program by using analytic basic information configured of information in the medical facility to acquire the analytic result of the statistical analysis by the designated classification method about the designated analysis object.
