PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold which can surely control the temperature of a middle mold when the mold is clamped and a molding machine. SOLUTION: The mold 1 has an upper mold 2 formed to be relatively freely openable/closable, a lower mold 11, and at least one middle mold 20 located between the upper mold 2 and the lower mold 11. When the mold 1 is clamped, infrared rays R irradiates the upper mold 2, the lower mold 11, and the middle mold 20. While the molds are heated, a molding material located in molding spaces 70 and 71 formed between the molds is pressurized to obtain a molding.
