PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a radiator for two-wheel barrow capable of enhancing the appearance of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: Each tube 1a, a cooling fin 1b, upper and lower headers 2a, right and left headers 2a, right and left side brackets 3a and 3b, and upper and lower core plates 4a and 4b are assembled and temporarily fixed. For example, a temporary fixing tool 20 nips the upper header 2a and the upper core plate 4a from the upper and lower sides, and temporarily fixes the upper header 2a and the upper core plate 4b by the elastic force of the fixing tool 20. The fixing tool 20 includes a surface-like design part 21 to be fixed to the inside of a U-shaped tool body 22 by welding or the like, and the design part 21 is molded in a disk shape. Only the design part 21 makes surface contact with the upper surface 2c of the upper header 2a. Therefore, when heated in a high-temperature furnace and then cooled, the trace of the design part 21 can be formed on the upper surface 2c of the upper header 2a as a recess of a melted brazing filler metal.
