PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a hair cosmetic giving excellent luster to the hair, having high conditioning effect, enabling hair-arrange by its high hair-setting power, giving arranged hair having good collectability and having especially excellent durability of the hair style. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic contains a composite polymer produced by reacting a specific polysiloxane with an anionic or amphoteric polymer and a film-forming resin having an amine oxide group.
