PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation laminated glass plate capable of effectively suppressing the collision sound which is produced when a Pachinko ball collides with an inner face board arranged on the front surface of a Pachinko machine and is in a sound range sensitive to the ears of a player and the Pachinko machine using the glass plate. SOLUTION: The laminated glass plate 8 is formed by laminating an outer plate 10 and an inner plate 11 with an intermediate film 12 interposed between them, is used for a place with which a small body collides, and has an outside surface plate 7 and an inside surface plate 8 arranged in the front of the Pachinko machine. The thicknesses of the outer plate 10 and the inner plate 11 are respectively 1.0-1.8 mm and the thickness of the intermediate film 12 before the lamination is 0.61-0.91 mm.
