PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest capable of reducing a folding resistance and facilitating attachment of a guard arm to the armrest. SOLUTION: The armrest 40 for a folding baby buggy 10 incorporated to the baby buggy 10 comprises an armrest body 41; an armrest connection part 46 supported at the tip of the armrest body 41 so as to be rockable between an expanding position and a folding position to engagingly lock the guard arm 56 of the baby buggy 10; and a spring 45 provided between the armrest body 41 and the armrest connection part 46. The armrest connection part 46 is energized toward the expanding position by the spring 45.
