PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood lever capable of easily connecting a first hood lever to a second hood lever without using a rivet and preventing the dropping-out thereof during use. SOLUTION: The hood lever 80 comprises the first hood lever 81 having a guide groove 82 opened toward one end side and a fitting hole 83 provided at an end of the guide groove, and the second hood lever 91 having a fitting boss 93 to be engaged with the fitting hole of the first hood lever. The fitting boss is fitted into the fitting hole through the guide groove, whereby the first hood lever is connected to the second hood lever to be rotatable between a closing position and an opening position. The second hood lever has a regulation part 95. The regulation part of the second hood lever abuts on one side surface near the guide groove of the first hood lever in the opening position, and abuts on the other side surface near the guide groove of the first hood lever in the closing position.
