PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in an air-conditioned seat device for a vehicle that the occupant feels higher the noise of a seat blower when the rotating speed of the blower of a vehicle air-conditioning means decreases. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner for the vehicle is configured with the vehicle air-conditioning means 71 installed in the vehicle and consisting of a refrigerator and a cabin blower 76, a seat body 50 equipped with the seat air-conditioning means 60 consisting of the seat blower 61 and having a drafty skin 54 to blow out the air from the seat air-conditioning means 60, and a controlling means 80 to control the operation of the vehicle air-conditioning means 71 and the seat air-conditioning means 60, in which the blowing amount of the seat blower 61 is decreased when that of the cabin blower 76 decreases, so that the noise of the seat blower 61 lowers when the blowing amount of the cabin blower 76 decreases to cause a drop in noise, which allows the occupant to little feel the noise of the air-conditioned seat device.
