PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickness selector for tablets capable of accurately measuring and selecting the thickness of tablets at a high speed. SOLUTION: The thickness selector is composed of the following: a transfer disc 23 which has a plurality of transfer holes piercing it and for throwing thereinto tablets to be selected and which continuously rotates to transfer the tablets in each of the transfer holes; a transfer support member 21, which is installed below the transfer disk 23 and has a supporting face 22 which is located at its upper side and along the rotation locus of the transfer holes and supports tablets thrown into the transfer holes; a measuring means 3, which is placed above the transfer disk 23 and has a distance sensor 31 for measuring the distance to the upper surface of tablets being supported by the supporting face and transferred; and a removal means 4, which removes specified tablets, such as having thickness defect, from the transfer holes.
