PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urine collecting device improving the precision of the detection of urination of an object person. SOLUTION: This urine collecting device comprises an urine collecting part to be worn by an urine collecting object person, an urine collecting tank connected to the urine collecting part and storing the urine, a main pump connected to the urine collecting tank and sucking gas in the urine collecting tank, an exhaust pipe exhausting the gas sucked by the main pump, and a control means controlling the main pump. This urine collecting device is further provided with a micro exhaust means sucking in the interior of the urine collecting part and, after the urine collecting part is worn to the object person, being constantly operated, and an urine detecting means provided on a pipe line between the urine collecting part and the urine collecting tank.
