<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of reducing a burden for investigating absolute coordinate or relative coordinates of a cell, and capable of outputting easily a result of numerical analysis carried out by a nonstructural lattice. <P>SOLUTION: This method of outputting the result of the numerical analysis includes a step S1 for executing the numerical analysis by the nonstructural lattice, a step S2 for converting the nonstructural lattice into a structural lattice after the numerical analysis, and a step S3 for outputting the result of the numerical analysis calculated by the nonstructural lattice while reflecting it on the structural lattice. The method allows the reduction of the burden for investigating the absolute coordinate or relative coordinates of the cell, and the easy output of the result in the numerical analysis, since the structural lattice is easily to be specified by an arrayed order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
