<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the production amount of each kind even when a plurality of process design are present in manufacturing the variety of products in a production process comprising many processes. <P>SOLUTION: The production amount on a process design basis is decided by solving an optimization problem by using a linear programming method in an optimum kind constitution calculation section 30; while referring a facility load basic unit for each facility on each process design calculated by a facility load basic unit calculation section 10 based on manufacturing route information stored on a manufacturing route information storage section 11; a generated cost basic unit on the process design basis calculated by a generated cost basic unit calculation section 20 based on a generated variable cost stored on a generated cost information storage section 21; and production amount information, raw material/selling price information, facility information, an evaluation index previously registered on a production amount information storage section 2, a raw material/selling price information storage section 3, a facility information storage section 4 and an evaluation index storage section 5, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
