<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding method with a good thermal efficiency, and a mold temperature regulator suitable for the resin molding method. <P>SOLUTION: After a mold 1 is heated by supplying a heating medium to ducts 6a and 6b of the mold 1, a resin is supplied into the mold 1; after that, a medium for heat recovery is heated while the mold is precooled by supplying the medium for heat recovery to the ducts 6a and 6b; the mold 1 is cooled by supplying a medium for cooling to the ducts 6a and 6b of the precooled mold 1; the resin is taken out from inside the cooled mold 1; subsequently, the medium for heat recovery is cooled while the mold 1 is preheated by supplying a medium for temperature heat recovery to the ducts 6a and 6b; and a series of these steps is repeated in this order. In the precooling of the mold, the medium for heat recovery, cooled when the mold is preheated before then, is supplied.
