PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting procedure system or the like setting a period desired by a user as an accounting period, capable of performing an accounting procedure with the period desired by the user within the accounting period as a tabulation period, and allowing reduction of an input processing time of sorting detailed data.

SOLUTION: This accounting procedure system has: a display part 2; an input part 3; an accounting master database 4 recording initial balance data or the like of each item at the time of an operation start; a virtual accounting period database production part 5; a tabulation period database production part 6; a virtual accounting period database 7 recording beginning balance data or the like of each the item in a date at the beginning of a virtual accounting period; a table creation target period database 8 recording start balance data or the like of each the item in a start date of the tabulation period; a table creation part 9; and an accounting master database production part 10.
