PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a compost by utilizing a foodstuff to make its compost to remove a sludge from rivers or ponds. SOLUTION: The bowl is provided to prevent the progress of an environmental destruction and the contamination of the rivers and the destruction of soils in plow lands. The sludge contained in the rivers are removed to improve the condition by only throwing the superpurification bowl into a place where there is the sludge to remove the sludge.
