<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element driver circuit which realizes not only temperature characteristic of a light emitting element but also electrical matching between output characteristic of a differential amplification circuit in a preceding stage side and input characteristic of the driving circuit of a final stage to temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The driver circuit has two-stage differential amplification circuits 1, 2 for carrying out differential amplification of an input signal and a driving circuit 3 for making a light emission element emit light based on an output signal of the differential amplification circuit 2. The differential amplification circuits 1, 2 and the driving circuit 3 have constant current sources 4 to 6 each, and control circuits 7 to 9 can set each current value to be supplied to each of the constant current sources 4 to 6 arbitrarily. The control circuits 7 to 9 are constituted of a compensation circuit for compensating temperature characteristic of a light emitting element D1 and temperature characteristic of a transistor constituting the differential amplification circuits 1, 2, a current control circuit for supplying each arbitrarily set current to the current mirror circuit of the differential amplification circuits 1, 2 or the current mirror circuit of the driving circuit 3 and a reference current setting device for arbitrarily setting a current value generated by the current control circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
