<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reducing management and procurement manhours, and a cost in a hospital side, as to both disposable equipments and supplies and reused equipments and supplies. <P>SOLUTION: In this medical equipment and supplies management system 100, an order input part 102 receives an order data about the medical equipment and supplies ordered in a form of assigning a medical practice from a medical institution. A medical equipment and supplies extracting part extracts the medical equipment and supplies required for the assigned medical practice, based on the order data. A lease contract generating part 104 extracts the medical equipment and supplies of an object for lease, and generates a lease contract data. A preprocessing contract generating part 108 generates a preprocessing contract data as to preprocessing including inspection processing to be executed before leasing the medical equipment and supplies of the object for the lease contract. The lease contract generating part 104 generates a sales contract data as to the medical equipment and supplies not serving as the object for the lease.
