<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such trouble that it is necessary for a user to carry a plurality of member's cards, and to enable a plurality of persons(for example, family members) to simultaneously receive member's services in different stores. <P>SOLUTION: The store terminal 3-1 of a company A reads representative ID recorded in a representative ID storage medium (portable telephone or the like) carried by a user U1 and member ID recorded in a member's card, and transmits an ID corresponding relation registration request including both of them to a member management server 1 (S71 to S73). Thus, the user U1 uses one representative ID storage medium and can use the member services of a plurality of companies.
