PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution request control method and the like, by which a communication service provider can perform data signal distribution, while maintaining high reliability.

SOLUTION: This distribution request method for controlling distribution requests of content data transmitted to a communication network 30 having one or more content provision servers 31 from a mobile communication network 10 to which a mobile terminal device 11 belongs comprises: a posting process for posting the number of distribution requests transmitted from the mobile terminal device 11 to the content provision server 31; a distributable number setting process for setting the maximum distributable number; and a transmission process for transmitting signals within a range of the maximum distributable number to the content provision server 31.
