PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner with a floor heating, which performs floor heating operation alone or in combination with air conditioning operation, and secures the continuation of air conditioning operation alone even when impossible to perform floor heating operation because of the shortage of the amount of water, thereby obtaining comfortable air conditioning and improved usability. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises an outdoor machine 1 provided with a compressor 4, a water heat exchanger 11 and the like; an indoor machine 2 provided with an indoor heat exchanger 15; and a floor heating panel device 3 provided with a heat exchanging part 21 performing heat exchange with the water heat exchanger, a hot water tank 12, a hot water circulating pump 13 and a hot water circulating circuit C which connects with a heat discharging pipe 20 provided on a floor surface in a room. A controlling part 30, when detecting the shortage of hot water in the hot water tank in a predetermined amount or smaller under conditions indicating the "air conditioning + floor heating" operation mode, stops floor heating operation, displays a "water supply indication" in a water supply displaying part K provided in the outdoor machine to urge a user to supply water, and allows only the outdoor machine to perform air conditioning operation alone.
