PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that mastership and proficiency for a long period of time are conventionally required for maintaining a grinding angle composed by the grinding wheel and the cutting edge of the cutting tool which is indispensable condition on grinding the cutting tool at a constant predetermined angle when the cutting tool is manually ground with the grinding wheel. SOLUTION: The difficulty in maintaining the constant grinding angle is solved by only moving a abrasive material holder contacting with one point and one line in the longitudinal direction with the cutting edge of the cutting tool and the roller of the tip end of the abrasive material holder by fixing the cutting tool on a receiving base 2, and anyone can easily and sharply grind the cutting tool.
