PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a joint structure of two parts including a thin sheet stainless steel frame and a seal rubber member to prevent a floor slab or a parapet from being damaged, and to provide a technology for facilitating construction and improving durability. SOLUTION: The thin sheet stainless steel frames 17, 17 having substantially U shapes and constituting a pair are manufactured by bending one sheet body as the individual frame, one end leg 17a and the other end leg 17b are suspended on one side and the other side, respectively, by bending, and its substantial center forms a plane part 17c. The seal rubber member 18 is constituted into a circular arc shape to adapt right and left side face shapes to a circular arc shape 17a1 of one end leg 17a of the thin sheet stainless steel frame 17 having a substantially U shape. When the seal rubber member 18 is compressed and inserted between one-end legs 17a and 17a of the thin sheet stainless steel frames 17, 17 having substantially U shapes, both of them are fixed in a close adhesion state.
