PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which a strong inter surface adhesion can be attained between a fluororesin layer and a substrate unmelted at its melting point. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a fluororesin laminate by extrusion lamination of a laminate composed of a substrate (A) and a fluororesin layer (B) formed in contact with the substrate (A), the extrusion lamination comprises a process of extruding a melted fluororesin (Bp) obtained by melting the melt-processable fluororesin on a substrate (Ap), and a fluoropolymer constituting the melt-processable fluororesin has an adhesible part and the substrate (Ap) has affinity to or reactive with the adhesible part.
