PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator structure of a rotary electric machine in which stress concentration at a resin part touching the corner part of a core can be reduced and an allowable torque can be increased. SOLUTION: In the stator structure of a rotary electric machine having a double spindle multilayer structure arranged with independently controllable outer rotor and inner rotor on the inside and outside of a tubular stator where cores 201 constituting the stator are arranged not to touch each other and the main securing means of the core is mold resin, insulators 203 are provided at the opposite ends of the core 201 for the purpose of coating protection of a coil 202 wound around the core 201, and the insulator 203 is shaped not to become acute for the mold resin when it is attached to the core 201.
