PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication apparatus for realizing high throughput. SOLUTION: The radio communication apparatus for transferring data between LAN and a radio line is provided with a LAN receiving buffer 21 for storing data received by a wired communication section, a LAN reception data transmitter 22 for transferring the data of the buffer 21, a radio transmission buffer 23 for storing an output of the transmitter 22, a radio communication section 13 for performing transmission and reception for a radio line, a radio reception buffer 33 for storing an output of the section 13, a LAN transmission data transferring section 32 for transmitting the data of the buffer 33, a LAN transmission buffer 31 for storing an output of the section 32, a wired communication section for performing transmission and reception for the LAN, a CPU 11 for controlling each of the sections, and a bus arbitrator 12 for preventing collision between accesses.
