ACID-RESISTANT HYDRAULIC HARDENED BODY, ACID-RESISTANT CONCRETE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid-resistant hydraulic hardened body truly exhibiting acid resistance among hydraulic bodies having many variety of formulation, acid-resistant concrete using the hydraulic hardened body and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The acid-resistant hydraulic hardened body is composed of a hydrate product having molar ratio (CaO+MgO)/(SiO2+Al2O3) of 0.05 to 0.42. The hydrate structure of the hydrate product is composed of a hydrate phase formed by assembling platy thin film-like aggregate containing granular aggregate having about≤0.2μparticle diameter. The X-ray diffraction pattern of a residual part after the hydrate phase of the hydrate product is dipped into a 5-10 vol% sulfuric acid aqueous solution and absolutely dried has a halo form having a peak in 24±1°(expressed by Cukα2θ).
