PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-snow protection fence capable of being spread and stored by simple works. SOLUTION: A shielding curtain 1 is spread under a tensed state in the case of a spread by their own weights of the shielding curtain 1 and a supporting lever 2. The shielding curtain 1 is lowered downward without requiring a winding or the like by an operator in the case of a storage, and the supporting lever 2 is inserted rotatably into left-right lateral hollow sections. Consequently, the shielding curtain 1 is moved freely and an operation can be conducted in the case of the spread and storage of the shielding curtain 1, and the spread and the storage can be conducted by a simple smooth operation.
