PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hand rowing paddles for a boat allowing forward travel, change of direction, and reverse travel only by operating a hand rowing lever (1) supported by a shaft (2) and a bearing (3) on the boat. SOLUTION: The shaft (2) and the bearing (3) are fitted to the stern (7). The shaft is configured to be rotatable. The hand rowing lever (1) is fitted to the shaft (2) on the boat. Paddles (4, 5) are fitted to the shaft (2) under the water (6). The shaft (2) sides of the paddles (4, 5) are made of spring steel (4), and the front end sides thereof are made of sheet steel (5).
