PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output device used for key jobs or the like, which reduces the interference of screening and hatching and the dithering of the image output device, and which outputs in nearly ideal colors. SOLUTION: When the image output device performs the dithering of input data and outputs the input data, the device is made to learn a neural network by the position information of an entire screened image included in the input data, the information of a user or an image sender, and a dither pattern conforming to the information. When outputting the image, the device selects an appropriate dither pattern from the information such as a user of the input data and an image sender and the position information of the entire screened image included in the input data for dithering.
