A composite cured silicone powder which comprises (A) a cured silicone powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 500 mum, (B) an inorganic fine powder attached to the cured silicone powder, and (C) a surfactant attached to the inorganic fine powder; a method for producing the composite cured silicone powder which comprises admixing (A) a cured silicone powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 500 mu m, (B) an inorganic fine powder and (C) a surfactant under mechanical shearing force.
