<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction mechanism for a photosensitive planar member, the mechanism which can reliably suck a photosensitive planar member tightly adhered to a stage in a simple structure even when the member has warpage, and to provide an image recording apparatus equipped with the suction mechanism for a photosensitive planar member. <P>SOLUTION: Each suction disk 118 is energized toward a substrate 150 by a first coil spring 120 so that even when the substrate 150 has warpage, the suckers 118 can be disposed along the profile of the substrate 150 to reliably suck the substrate. A second coil spring 132 having higher elastic force than that of the first coil spring is housed in a plunger 124 and pressurizes the substrate 150 having warpage toward the mount face 152P of the stage 152 to eliminate warpage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
