<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air treatment device for a kitchen capable of suppressing the leakage of exhaust from a cooking means into the kitchen by securing the optimum circulated air quantity to an appliance, and keeping its exhaust treatment capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A cooking device S comprising an air treatment part 1 mounted at an upper part of a flyer 5 for cooking foodstuff in the kitchen to treat the exhaust from the flyer S, comprises a grease filter 20 for eliminating an oil component in the exhaust from the flyer 5, a cooling device 6 for eliminating the water content in the exhaust from the flyer 5, a deodorizing filter 9A for eliminating odor components in the exhaust from the flyer 5, an air blower 7 for successively sending the exhaust from the flyer 5 to the cooling device 6 and the deodorizing filter 9A through the grease filter 20, and a control device 50 for controlling the operation of the air blower 7 on the basis of pressure loss of the circulated air generated in the deodorizing filter 9A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
