CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CARD USED THEREFOR, AND CUSTOMER AUTHENTICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and certainly perform individual identification of a customer or the like in a financial institute etc.

SOLUTION: A customer management system is provided with; an image read section 11 which reads image information in a trade agreement document and an identification document for an individual including at least a customer's face image and outputs it as customer identification data; customer identification information storage section 33 which stores the customer identification data; a card issue section 14 which records customer identification data on a card and issues a customer card 5; a card read section 12 which reads customer identification data recorded on the customer card 5 when the customer conducts transaction; and a display section 13 which displays the customer identification data read by this card read section 12. The individual identification of the customer who conducts the transaction can be made based on the customer information displayed on the display section 13.
