<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly effectively, precisely, inexpensively manufacture film sensors sensing the leakage of dialysis, drip infusion, and contaminated materials, and used for reducing the labor of supporters such as nurses in a large amount. <P>SOLUTION: The making method of a liquid leakage sensor of a film base is constituted of applying corona processing to a synthetic resin film 1, carrying out offset printing of a UV reducer using a printed plate where a circuit pattern is made, bringing an aluminium foil 2 to close contact with its surface directly after the above processing, irradiating this foil with an ultraviolet beam from the film side to turn the UV reducer into a sticky paste to fix the pattern, cutting the outer periphery of the circuit, removing the part other than the circuit, recovering an excess of aluminium foil, printing a resistor part 3 with an oily graphite mixed with a UV ink in the circuit on the film, making a star-shaped dot portion with angles using the UV reducer on the upper surface of the circuit of the film, uniformly carrying out pattern printing of a starch glue to which a salt is added via the star-shaped dot portion, thereafter mounting a thin sheet on the starch glue printed surface, further applying a paper towel on it, and cutting and finishing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
