<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite antenna which does not become tall even when the number of operating frequencies is increased to three or more. <P>SOLUTION: Two antenna elements 13 faced to each other by a predetermined element interval (h) are disposed on a conductor ground plate 11 symmetrically with respect to the center of the conductor ground plate 11, so that a known plane antenna or the like can be disposed in a space that can be formed in the center of the conductor ground plate 11.
