<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, thin, light and flexible dye-sensitized solar cell having a dye sensitized semiconductor electrode wherein a semiconductor film with excellent electron transfer performance is formed and high generation efficiency by a comparatively low-temperature processing without requiring high temperature processing. <P>SOLUTION: Titanium oxide paste is applied on a transparent conductive layer 2 and dried to form a titanium oxide substrate 3a. The titanium oxide substrate 3a is immersed in a titanium oxysulfate aqueous solution. In this case, the titanium oxysulfate aqueous solution 11 permeates a part on the transparent conductive layer 2 where titanium oxide particles 10 are not adsorbed, and the titanium oxysulfate aqueous solution 11 reacts to be titanium oxide 11A. The titanium oxide 11A deposits in spaces s, t of the titanium oxide particles 10 for strongly binding the titanium oxide particles 10 to enhance the power generation efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
