<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database system operated on a Web, and the like, capable of conducting simply and easily grouping of information and correlation between different information, and allowing a copying and pasting function. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 201 of this server 101 selects a copying object check box 44 of an article/material information record 45 for a copying object, determines an article/material information ID of the selected copying object, in response to a copying request from a terminal equipment 103 by a copy button 22, and holds the article/material information ID in a storage part 202.
