PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation history utilization system capable of offering service according to a status at the time and service reflecting characteristics in an individual life more.

SOLUTION: A user agent part 202 includes a pattern extraction part 404 for extracting a frequently-operated pattern in a history satisfying a predetermined condition from the operation history data, a pattern monitoring part 406 for monitoring a pattern in new operation history data to be registered which coincides with the frequently-operated pattern registered in a pattern database 405 and an operation confirmation part 604 for confirming and correcting an operation which a user does not intend and an anticipated operation. In addition, a service concierge part 203 includes a service determination part 501 for estimating the service contents to be provided and a service output part 502 for outputting the selected service to corresponding equipment.
