<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic electricity component which is suitable for use in a high-frequency device and has extremely small capacitance. <P>SOLUTION: The antistatic electricity component comprises a ceramic insulating board 12; a varistor 10 which is constituted by laminating varistor layers 10a, 10b and 10c and inner electrodes 11a, 11b in the order of alternating each varistor layer and electrode, and baking the lamination into an integral layer to be overlaid on the ceramic insulating board 12; and external electrodes 13a, 13b provided in the varistor 10.
