ELECTROMAGNETIC SHOCK ABSORBER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shock absorber improving ride comfort in a vehicle, even when rapid input in an axial direction is received from a road surface.

SOLUTION: This electromagnetic shock absorber is provided with a screw shaft 3 rotatably screwed into inside of a screw nut 4 and a motor 1 connected to the screw shaft 3, and suppresses relative displacement in the axial direction between the screw nut 4 and the screw shaft 3 by electromagnetic force of the motor 1. Between the screw shaft 3 and the motor 1, or between a support member and the screw nut 4, a torque change means D for changing transmission torque between the screw shaft 3 and the motor 1 or between the support member and the screw nut 4 is provided.
