<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for revolving a power generator, which is easier to install than conventional generators, by utilizing a downward strength of gravity based on weight of water and repeating upward/downward movement on the strength of weight reduction attained as a result of water drainage. <P>SOLUTION: From a tank (1), designed to solve the aforementioned problem, a suitable volume of rainwater or waterworks supply water is poured through a fixed-volume faucet (2) into a water reception tank (3). As the water reception tank (3) whose weight has been increased moves downward, a pulley (11) attached to the rotational shaft (10) of a generator (9) revolves due to the effect of force resulting from pressurization by a belt (12). Because outward-bent portion of a water stoppage lid (7) is pushed from a protrusion (13) formed at an appropriate point before its arrival at the destination point, a water drainage hole (5) is opened, and internal water is released as a consequence.
