<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic hydrogen feeding device composed of high efficiency electrode arrangement, and to provide a water treatment method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrolytic hydrogen feeding device composed of high efficiency electrode arrangement is characterized in that, at the time when at least one system of cathode functional part and at least one system of active bioreactor functional part are provided at the inside of an electrolytic cell comprising cathodes and anodes, the arrangement is made in such a manner that a medium with electron donors received between both the functional parts under the high current density of the anodes can be circulated, and further, the interelectrode distance between the cathodes and the anodes is reduced. Further, regarding the cathode functional part, multiple electrodes are adopted, so as to be high efficiency electrode arrangement, and, particularly, regarding the constitution of the cathodes, a multiple electrode reactor charged with conductors such as granulated active carbon and metal particles is made, thus the electrolytic hydrogen feeding device pursuing functional effect is aimed at. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
