PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CTI system capable of taking a hosting service mode. SOLUTION: A WWW server-application server 15 is provided on an LAN different from that of a CTI server-WWW server 14. A first LAN provided with the CTI server-WWW server 14 is connected with a private branch exchange containing a plurality of multifunction telephones 11a and 11b, and a plurality of clients PCs 13a and 13b. A request from the client PC is made to the application server through the Internet 18.
